Return & Refund Policy
At Koudi Mane, every product is handmade and may have natural variations in stitching, colour, pattern and finish. These variations are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects.

Ready-Made Koudis
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact Koudi Mane within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Your Clothes, Your Koudi – Custom Orders
Custom Koudis are made specifically from clothes supplied by the customer. Because these products are personalized and made to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted once production has started.

Customers must contact Koudi Mane and confirm that their clothes/fabrics are suitable before sending them. Customers are responsible for the courier cost of sending their clothes to Koudi Mane.

If a custom Koudi arrives damaged or there is an error attributable to Koudi Mane, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Unused Customer Fabric:

 Any usable fabric remaining after completion of the custom Koudi will be returned with the finished Koudi where reasonably possible. Small fabric scraps or pieces created during cutting and stitching may not be returnable.

Cancellations
Ready-made orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once work on a custom Koudi has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
